Nemo1, probably because I haven't got any of the big 4, other than Siege, painted up. Also 5 focus on a jack and 11 focus every turn is fun. OTOH, now I'm running a lot of trolls, and they get ALL that plus decent defensive stats.

Also like Stryker1, I never feel like I'm screwed because my caster can't X with Stryker.

Seige ALL the way SEIGE!! Mage sight, Explosivo, and the dig in spell(forgot the all of asunden). add 2 Defenders + Rhienholt, and sprinkle what ever else to taste.
I play alot of Cryx so being able to see stealth models is golden, also turning my jacks gun magical takes care of paladins/ghosts.
Seige is just to good in my book.

pCaine is usually my go-to guy for Cygnar. His movement ability is unparalleled across any other faction except for maybe Circle. Even then, stones force movement forfeit and need planning for their placement use. Caine just spends 2 and goes where he pleases.

Snipe on himself + 15" Thunderstrike range with Sylys = minimum 22" of KD/gun threat, ending further away than when you began. Stupid silly.

It's a serious toss up for me. I love both Strykers, pCaine and Siege. But I also like pNemo because I know I have to be so careful with placement. And I'm really liking Constance when facing upkeep heavy armies and because she gives me an even better reason to put Precursors and Gallant on the table. Then there is pHaley joy when she calls her Feat and Cygnar really is the shooty army.

Hmmm. It would seem I'm better able to say which Caster I won't use. And really that's only because the walking toilet is just so damned stupid looking. That, and what the devil is a Warcaster doing without a ? Seriously? Not even an enchanted screw driver?

I love eStryker, he's my buddy. I play a lot of Jerry, too. Never really been a fan of nemo, siege's model sucks IMO, and I almost never play the Haley's outside of tourneys.

Kara was my first caster after the battle box, so she holds a special place in my heart.

I started WM in April, and I've played almost every game with pStryker out of my battle box. He's done wonders for me as I learn more about how to use each jack in our faction. He's got buffs, some offense, and some utility. He doesn't have a lot of the neat tricks, but hey, he's solid.

I really dig on Constance in a bad way. I'm kind of a fluff bunny and so that part appeals to me as well as having an irrational love of Sword Knights. Since I started playing her, I've also grown to love Precursors. Gallant is her main man and has come through for me time after time. My favorite game with him involved him 1-Handed throwing a wardog to take away the def bonus in melee. It was a very thematic moment!
I ran screaming out of adolescence, and when I hit the border somebody gave me the legal right to drink. It's all just finely tuned memory loss since then.

Caine 1. You're all shocked I know right? He's just soooooo fun. So many options he can do every turn from a personal battering ram to a point killer to an infantry lawn mower to an amazing support caster.

eStryker comes in a close second. Not quite as fun but if you want a caster who can really get the job done in the end... this is the one. That and Positive Charge is nuts awesome.

I have to say though... Nemo 3 is amazingly fun.

    pCaine or eNemo for me.

I love Caine's movement shenanigans and board control, and the fact that he's probably our best infantry support caster.

I love Nemo's movement shenanigans, aggression, focus efficiency and the ridiculous level of Jack support he provides.

I especially like that they are both powerful, challenging casters that play completely differently to each other.

I'm another in the Caine1 camp. He's just fun, and effective, to play. I can support my army and still have a direct effect on the battlefield. Wyshnalyrr has made Thunderstrike a spell I cast almost every turn. I like paring him up with a Stormclad but, just about any focus efficient jack will work. Unit wise, it really doesn't matter, he supports most pretty well with a lean toward shooting. Never played him in a two caster list (my opponent was infantry heavy in the one we played and asked me nicely not to use him). I'd like to try him with Siege or a Stryker.

I'm not sure who's my second...but it's not Haley1, she's kinda boring (if really effective) to play.

Kray theme and Haley2 Storm Bringers are my favorite lists. I just find their play incredibly fun. Storm bringers gives me two Striders with benefits. Kray for his amazing versatility. Besides he kills jacks dead and both of them can destory a Caster/Lock from a long long way away.

Both of them generally get a Stormclad. Though that may change as I finish off my Stormwalls.

I've had a long time love-affair with eHaley. I love the control it allows me over my opponent, but I've sworn not to dally with her this year.

Other favorites are pCaine, eCaine, Siege. pHaley is also very, very solid.

I started this faction for the Nemo's but I haven't clicked with one yet.

I'm not a huge fan of Siege... but a sniped Siege is nuts. 18" ground pounders are just mean... and pCaine in a fox hole is awesome sauce. 21 defense and immune to blast damage is amusing... just don't get caught on fire... >.>

Back in MKI when i started the game i only played with prime warcasters.... lost a lot (yes even with Haley, when TB was a nightmare to play against, and i didn't play the Haley turtle).

Than i recieved Siege and Darius as a present from my brother and those 2 warcasters gave me LOTS of victories... Siege is still awesome but Darius makes me sad, he is super boring to play with. So my warcaster of choice would be Siege, than the rest :P.

Kara was my first, and I still love her- but I've been most successful with pHaley. As far as 'jack pairings, Ol' Rowdy and pHaley are golden. I like to keep Rowdy next to Haley and when anything finally limps into range, countercharge!

That being said, I played my first game with pCaine and I think I'll be sticking with him for a while- he's a lot of fun, and I want to learn how to use him best.

Siege, or Darius. There is something very satisfying about the Jackhammer spell that kept me playing Darius..

Now that the Stormwall is around its just gravy. But I still think I prefer Siege as a whole. Nothing like 4 POW 14+ shots in your casters face.

pStryker's been my go-to 'caster since the earliest days of the game. He won't win you games on his lonesome, or crush your opponents with a well-executed trick, but he'll sure as hell keep them from doing the same, if used right. Plus, Earthquake. For the good times.

'Jack-wise, Rowdy's nearly an auto-include, of course, and the Lancer shows up in almost every list he's in for long-range 'Quaking and other utilities. I always like to include a full unit of Stormblades - UA and full 3 WA's - then throw Arcane Shield on them. That plus his Feat gives you an 11-man unit that's very, very difficult to kill for a turn, and can mop up almost anything thrown against it.

I'm in the process of trying to figure out the answer to this question by play-testing all of my 'casters again in alphabetical order. Unfortunately, I'm only to Darius - and haven't managed to field him yet either. If you care to follow the adventure, here's the blog post I update periodically.

Stryker2 and Nemo2 have always been a blast for me to play. I'm eager to get back to them. I prefer really aggressive, in-your-face play styles which I find Cygnar has a peculiar, unexpected knack for. Nemo2 loves the Hammersmith, being Energizer can get around his slow SPD. Stryker2 loves Ol' Rowdy of course! And sometimes, I'll work a Lancer in to arc Rebuke into the front line of the enemy. Blunt their charge, so I can get the alpha.

That said, in my new round of play-testing, Blaize has been a favorite for much the same reasons as Stryker2 and Nemo2.

Constance Blaize all the way. She makes a lot of terrible infantry a lot better with Crusader's call, and Stormclads love that spell too. I'm currently playing her Army of Light with a Stormwall and it's some good fun. Fav jack overall: Rowdy. Fav unit overall: black 13th (there's no contest with other Cygnar units; ATGM come second, but it's not close). Fav solo overall: Journeyman Warcaster makes every list better. I like the Archduck Runewood a lot tho.

I love me Nemo1. I usually pair him up with a Squire, Lancer, and the Thunderhead. Infantry of choice with him is Stormguard, and I always make sure he has 3 spell-casting solos in the list for the 11 Focus a turn.

Out of all the 'casters I've played, he just clicks really well for me.

Kraye with Hunters. Light Calvalry Movement on top of regular movement is nice especially when you jump in and out of cover for that armor piercing shot.

My go to is pNemo, since he was my second warcaster, and the intricacies of playing him make it a lot of fun for me, whether I win or not.

Next up is pStryker, since he is almost always under-estimated. But Lately Constance has been seeing a lot of play since she loses so spectacularly so often. It has been so much fun to play recklessly and aggressive and it either works or falls flat on its face so epic it's comical how badly she has her arms tied in the process. Seriously, look at her spell list and abilities and all you'll see is red tape designed to kick you in the nuts.

The Nemos. All the Nemos. I started WM with Cygnar for the mad science, and all three incarnations of the old man are fairly unique and fantastically fun to play. I've also been playing Caine1's theme force a lot lately, and that thing has been great fun as well. Kara also deserves an honorable mention as a commonly-played 'caster for me.

    Casters of choice:

They're all very fun, effective, and have totally different play styles.

I have a warcaster in mind depending on who I'm playing against but primarily the Cavalryman is my caster of choice.

    1. Kraye (flagship caster)
    2. eNemo (Against Khador, Menoth and Cryx)
    3. eCain (Against Cryx, Mercenaries and Menoth)
    4. Darius (Against Menoth, Khador, sometimes Cryx)
    5. eHaley (Against Cryx and Khador)

Constance is my girl and I always bring the Gallant with her. She just wears your opponent down and by the time the Stormblades get delivered it's good game.

    Kraye is my second favorite.

eHaley for me. I like her spell list, like that she can use offensive spells, has good defensive ones. Has great feat, enough focus to do a lot of things, runs with lot of stuff good. I know, most find to play against her boring, but i still like her. And for second one favorit is eStryker, but like him in smaller games to 35pts. Then Nemos for fun play
