And there isn't a rule stoping me from taking the wreck of my shattered model(s), put them in a sock, and wacking your head then proceed to take your models in payment for your destruction.

There isn't a rule in the WM rulebook about damaging someone else's property because that is covered under legislation of the state. There is always a bigger rulebook.

Someone rolled my Deathjack across the table, once, the day I got it.


Thanks to my assembly job, only once piece broke off, but after the death stare I gave the other guy, he never touched my models again. No words were even needed.


If anyone broke it now, though... I think I would "misplace" my hobby knife somewhere in their face.



I don't condone the breaking or maiming of anyone or any model, though. As a result I am not liable for injuries that occur as a result of being a d*ckbag and breaking other people's models. This doesn't mean I support using anything but standard d6, but... you know... JUST SAYIN'

Intentionally? What kind of ****wad would do that? I have never struck another person in anger, but if someone did that to one of my models, I don't know how I'd react.
