Schedule:
FRIDAY Sept 21:
Pizza, Boardgames, and Heap demos, meet and greet. Come hang out. Food will not be provided, but there are numerous options attached to the game store.

SATURDAY Sept 22:

• 10:00 -- Registration for 50 point SR2012.
• 10:45 -- Registration closes.
• 11:00 -- 50 Point SR2012: Divide and Conquer, Character Restricted, Standard Time limits. Three Rounds with the Top 16 move to Sunday Finals.
• 6:30 -- Painting competition and Dinner Time !! Registration for 35 point SR2012 on Sunday, and Sat night Softcore
• 7:45 -- Registration closes for Sat Night Softcore and for 35 point SR2012 on Sunday.
• 8:00 -- 20 Point Softcore: 4 Minute turns. No painting Requirement. One list.

SUNDAY Sept 23:

• 8:45 -- Pairings will be up for both tourneys. Tournaments will start sharply at 9:00 AM. Anyone ariving late will take a loss for the first round.
• 9:00 -- Continuation of the TOP 16 in the 50 Point SR2012: Records carry over. Must use the same lists. Divide and Conqueur, Accelerated time Limits, Character restricted, Death Clock.
• 9:00 -- 35 point SR2012: Divide and Conquer, Character Restricted, Accelerated Time Limits, Limited to 4 rounds
• 9:10 -- 20 point MM: One List, 5 minute turns, Limited to 5 rounds.
• 4:00 -- Awards and Shopping with all the gift cards that are being given out!!

Cup Rules:
Everyone will declare what store they are playing for. The store that scores the most points gets to take the trophy to their home store. They agree to have one of the panels engraved with the date they won the cup and which store won it. (this costs a few bucks btw). They have to take a picture of the cup with the people that won it. Last they have to agree to offer the cup at a tournament that they run for other stores to possibly win it. Once you win it you have to defend it. After 3 successful defenses of the CUP. It comes back to Iowa to keep it moving.

I too will be going for the Dice Dojo. Also, are there any details on the rules for the painting competition? I presume the Sunday events we don't have to signup for until we know the outcome of our Saturday playing? Also, is it 3-list 50point divide and conquer or 2-list?

I'll update the original post, but to answer your questions:

1) Painting comp will be 1 model per category per participant may be submitted. Winners will be selected by panel (TBD). No Colassals category (since there's only going to be 3? released by then)

2) Sundays events will be registered for Saturday evening

3) Currently the plan is 2 lists, but that may be tweaked a bit as we hammer out the details.
