I read Matt's "sort of" addendum as meaning he's not quite a warcaster. That, coupled with the statement that he's an entirely new character, makes me think it's a character journeyman 'caster for Cryx. That, in turn, makes me think all the other factions are probably getting character jr casters. Cygnar will still be special having a regular jr, but the other factions will have access to something similar.

If that's not what he means, I don't know why he would say it's "sort of" a warcaster. I suppose he could have meant it's a sort-of-cryx warcaster, which would implicate something like allies for Cryx a la Church of Morrow getting their own caster. Cryx's version of that would be the cephalyx right? They're not human, are they...?

Some of you are talking about priests of Toruk. That would also be cool, and would make sense of the "sort of" comment.

Considering all of the other walking cliché's in here, I think Karchev is one of the least offenders. That being said, stereotypes aren't a bad thing in a story as long as they are good for the story.

The most hardened believer of the Great Khardic Empire that turns to Cryx for some skinny assed dead chick and then, at the height of a story arc, converts back to Khador to save (Vlad, Old Witch, an innocent Khador girl, his long lost progeny, ...) from death. He also finds out then that he is the father of (Vlad, Old Witch, an innocent Khador girl, his long lost progeny, ...). Then he dies at the end with the hope, and possibility, of redemption.

I'm sorry, let characters die, let them change ideals and sides (very nice done on Magnus!). But please don't let them be turned by magic (wich is exactly what eDenny is trying right now in Colossals).

But seeing as it's confirmed that he won't be an existing character, Darragh is an unlikely candidate anyway. Personally, I'm rooting for a Priest of Toruk.

A bile caster as in a bile that is a caster or a caster that supports biles well? For the latter, see eGaspy. For the former: Biles are just bags of flesh used as a container for caustic fluids, that have no souls and are animated by runes. How could a warcaster ever rise from among them?

He said it would be human and an all new caster so I don't think it is going to be DW. I bet it is some kind of Heavy Cav. caster but I hope he is a Pirate. Maybe LL Malathrax is still human with blight, that is why he is so good at Intelligence.

Part of being a lich lord is being an iron lich to begin with. You kind of have to be dead to get the position. He probably has an ability like the Spy from Team Fortress, where you just changes his face and then everyone not of cryx go "Hey! It's Leto!"

Rengrave and Wrathe would, like Vilmon, never be casters, regardless how much some players, would wish they would, but we can hope they is going epic sun, (specially Rengrave and Vilmon).
