Ok, so the eKarchev thing is an educated guess, but that's certainly what it looks like. lEiryss is looking pretty good, except for the completely impractical Muy Thai bowblade.

I don't even play Ret and I'm very happy they are giving the up/down hood option. That's pretty awesome for folks. That said, she looks awesome. How long until people try to use her outside of Ret as one of her normal forms in friendly games? (Answer is release date. Duh)

Eiryss looks very very cool - not sure if I'll be wanting her hood up or hood down though...

as for Karchev, I'd describe that as "rampant speculation" rather than "an educated guess", but we'll have to wait and see I guess!

Well, 'human' that's a Cryx caster 'of sorts' would fit with a Karchev that's learned some tricks from them after being rescued. He IS a Greylord after all.

What was interesting was the phrase "new Cryxian warcaster (of sorts)".

That could mean a lot of things; one interesting possibility is if PP finally expanded out the idea of the Journeyman Warcaster past just Cygnar.

Very exciting stuff.

And Eiryss3 looks very cool as well, though I reckon this iteration won't be part of Khador's stable, so I'm slightly removed from how the model turns out.

A good fantasy world is consistent, and that bowblade is inconsistent with established Iron Kingdoms physics (fluff, not rules - there are other models with similar weapons and non-nerfed rules, but it's a case of fluff not being rules). I like that she's bald; not everyone is a living personification of someone else's ideal of beauty. See Dirty Meg.

Pure speculation. All we know is "HE" and "HUMAN". Then there's the "(of sorts)" to throw things off.

Darragh is definitely a possibility. It could also be some form of Karchev. His hint doesn't even specify if it's a warcaster in the Cryx faction. "Cryxian of sorts" could be a Karchev back with Khador but changed by Cryx somehow.

It could also be an entirely new creation. The hint is WAY to vague to really worry about at this point.

We actually have no idea what's under those masks. They could very well just be a secluded society of crazy people.

Or they could be two gobbers in a trenchcoat.

One of the things I always liked about the Eiryss Model was the long flowing cloak and the fact that it covered her face and she looked like a mysterious bad@$$. With the hood down I just find her to look weird. Is that better for you? I would much rather play with a model that I find aesthetically pleasing than one I don't

Wrathe2 with Jr. warcaster rules would be interesting to say the least, though I do honestly like not having to worry about lamentation and that kind of crap when I want to cast beyond death or deathride. Still, having Wrathe as a caster (even a Jr.) would be pretty cool.

Khador can keep Karchev. The amount of rewiring of his dusty old brain we'd have to have the cephalex do to make him not try to kill us at every opportunity isn't worth the effort. I say we just vivisect him, and then reverse engineer the process he uses to interface with his jack body to turn our disposable resources (mortal citizens) into sapient warjacks.

For the record, Spud, I think most of the community (certainly including myself) supports you, not Pepper. His sort of attitude is extremely unfortunate and, as you say, popular, but if we all do our part to pitilessly mock anyone maintaining this attitude, maybe we can do our small part to make the world a better place.

Plus, we get to make fun of people, and who doesn't like that, right? Right?

I can't wait for eMeg to come out so we can do this whole thing again, only with even more gusto.
