Boomhowler and his "rage howler" call

So the description of this call says models need to make a command check or flee, so does this call effect model that automatically pass command checks, like units/models that are fearless? This question came up in last nights game.

It will affect them and they will automatically pass the command check, thus not running away.

Yup... pRophanti1978 has the right of it. At least they removed a lot of the fearless that was present near the end of the dark days of MK-I. Sooo many fearless things, it was just silly!!
