can you make mount attacks on a ride by attack?

Just to clarify this; ride by attack lets you stop movement to make combat action and combat rider lets you make a mount attack on activation in which you didn't charge. the question is are you able.to make mount attack or an impact attack when you do a ride by attack?

You can definately not make an impact attack, you can only make those if you charge. If you have combat rider you can make an attack with it during a ride by attack.

Mount attack != Impact Attack. Impact attacks are attacks that you can make during a charge movement, a mount attack is just a regular melee attack using the POW of the mount.
