Pretty sure you can apply the damage wherever since its not damage being inflicted by something else. Cutting is more like giving up life as opposed to being damaged. It's kind of a unique situation with her since Belphagore becomes a warlock model.

Marking damage on a spiral has nothing to do with the origin of the damage. Any time it suffers damage, you roll for the location of the damage.

The part I am not sure of is whether leaching multiple times from yourself counts as multiple sources of 1 damage or if it is one incoming damage source and thus goes to a single location. I would be inclined towards the latter.

A dude at our club played it as separate damage being taken for each fury point. He was playing fleshmelded belphagor at the time. Don't know if it was the right way to play it though. He does have a pritty firm grasp of the rules so I didn't contradict him.

it would depend on the wording for "cutting" i suppose... I couldn't actually find those rules while looking... so maybe someone else can put up the page number and maybe a quote
