    Forsaken on the back, making the Ravagore shoot like there is no tomorrow. Thoughts? Could it work?

    Or would it be better:

    A Carnivean is fairly important with eThag. Take the first list, drop the Ravagore and Shepherd for a Carnivean.

    Ok, i'll try. But eThag is any good? Or running without range and infantry is foolish?
    At 25 pts
    eThagh +3
    Typhon
    Carni
    2x Shredders
    1x Shepherd

    how is it?

    eThag is awsome. But its a bit silly to play him at 25 points. pThag does it better at lower points. He starts to work at 35, lower is hard.

    And i don't agree that you need a carny if you have Typhon in the list. What you do need with Typhon on the other hand is a Seraph and a spell martyr. This since if you ain't got no reach you need the +2 movement to out threaten reach speed 5 stuff (and there is a lot of that), and that is important. The spell martyr is there to force the opponent caster back. Just the threat on scourge have won me matches and when people forgets it they are just dead

    A quick thing on the other hand i would really not leave the home without 2 death stalkers with beast heavy eThag. You need something that deals with cheap infantry and a shredder and 2 death stalkers work wonders on that while your heavy kills their heavy

    The Feralgeist is also a model i would look in to getting. Typhon with arm 19 and healing makes for a tough thing to kill and if they have to kill him once more most people just start crying And killing shredders becomes a real project.

    I would do shredder spam:

    eThag
    shredder
    shredder
    shredder
    shredder
    shredder
    Typhon
    Ravagore
    Deathstalker
    Deathstalker/ shephard-Shephard
    Shephard/Feralgeist

    On feat Turn activate eThag first (he has flight, so he can attack from back line), you can Manifest destiny, 4d6 on attack/damage- dropping lowest die. Pop Feat (grants extra activation on beasts). Cast Rav's Animus on Typhon. Charge in with eThag (may or may not depending on position).

    Ideally, walk up with Typhon + Rav do as many rang attacks as possible/charge/walk-attack(possible 4d6, dropping lowest die on all attacks).

    Rabid + Charge each shredder in (rabid lasts the whole turn +2SPD/and Pathfinder, this is key). They get 4d6 each (attk/dmg), dropping lowest die (Manifest Destiny 1/1 add. Die + Boosted attack/damage from Rabid).

    Use shepherds to pull off any fury on your heavies; Deathstalkers as support to kill pesky solos, tar-pt units.

    ~~~~~~~~~ Feat mini turn ~~~~~~~~~~~
    Shredders still have rabid, now you finish off whatever you didn't kill, advance some more with all your beasts (4d6 on shredders, dropping klowest), also boosting Typhon/Rav for 4d6 (dropping lowest some more).
    If timed correctly, if your opponent doesn't straight up lose this turn, their army should be theoretically crippled to a point where you will have minimal resistence next turn and should end the game soon enough. Or you get ungodly bad luck and miss on all those 4d6 rolls lol
