I think that's an excellent list, with the acception that I might trade out your starting Grundback Gunner for a Grundback Blaster, and perhaps one of your late Bokurs as well.

EDIT: As a matter of fact, I would almost certainly trade out your 3rd Bokur for a Blaster regardless of whether or not your first light warjack is a gunner or blaster, as I don't like dropping Bokurs on unit leaders. Past Herne and Durgen, you have no non-unit leader models available. This comes from my play-style basically adding my Bokurs and any of their potential clients, Searforge or otherwise, to the battlegroup. The acceptions in this case are Gudrun, Andrew Cossack-Jackson(Brun Cragback), and Stannis Brocker in Highborn (where he gains AD). Bokurs add mercenary 'jack power to whomever your client happens to be, and the more I use them the less I find Shield Guard to be important when I can just keep the Bokur alive and still charge for a heavy blow.
