    Default Unofficial IKRPG Resources Thread

First off, Simon or one of the Mods? Any chance this could be stickied please?

Secondly, this is meant to be a thread containing links to various resources for the new IKRPG in the form of homebrew stuff like monsters, NPCs and careers. I ask people to avoid posting in this thread, its purpose is to provide a list of links.

    Table of Contents

*Careers - Homebrew careers or adaptations of existing ones.
    *Monsters - Homebrew monsters.
*Equipment - Homebrew armour, weapons, utilities, etc.
*NPCs - Non-Player Characters created by GMs for use by others.
*Tools - Various things to aid players & GMs alike.

    *Names in the Iron Kingdoms

Here's a thing that I made for my players. It's the same size as a stat card, so it fits in a normal sleeve, so you can mark damage with a marker. It's been pretty useful so far.

As far as homebrew materials go, there's the IKWiki. Self described as "Fan-Created Stuff for Warmachine," it was made by various fans of Warmachine and Hordes and the Iron Kingdoms in general and has all sorts of homebrew factions, units, solos, jacks, characters and warcasters (and warbeasts and warlocks, etc.).

For the record, I have nothing to do with the site and I don't know who does. It doesn't seem like it's been updated since 2010 upon cursory inspection. While it wasn't made with the IKRPG in mind, I think it would be potentially incredibly useful to a GM.

I just wrote out what it takes in time and GC to build a war-jack from scratch using all of the basic jack chassis we have in the book, and I will be adding in other jack chassis from the book as requested.

Vlad is really good at polishing turds. Why are you using a Prince of Khador's time and energy to polish turds? Doesn't he have servants for that?

I made this post, which contains the rules for Beast Mastery (like 'Jack Marshalling but with beasts) and the Wilder class (like the Field Mechanik but with beasts). Not fully fleshed out, but quite good if you're running some homebrewed warbeast rules in your campaign.

    Silvyr, I really like those.

I would like to offer my own creations to the forums: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B0d...FpSTS1XcHdFT3c

I use these with my players in sleeves that have a colored side and a clear side.

I also found this old GM sheet on the internets and would appreciate it if someone could help me with it. It is a PDF but looks like it was supposed to be 3 pages that you connect together. I would like to print the picture as at least 2 but preferably 3 pages and use it as a screen.

    I have created a GM's screen/noob GM's (i.e. me...) aide memoire, beta version 0.1 etc:
    https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B43...TBjQXJKY1pMNFk

It is sized to be printed out as three A3 or six A4 pages in tiles (if you select the poster function in Adobe Reader print dialog it will do this for you)
All the distances are expressed in feet as I am not intending on using minis, if there is interest I can publish another one with distances in inches.

Thanks to earlier posters in this thread whose work I have incorporated (kriegtanzer's skills charts particularly).

GM screen with distances expressed in inches and reformatted into 3x A3 pages.

If anyone has a better idea for anything to replace the "common social results" box then chime in, it was kind of a space filler as I couldn't find anything else I thought was useful for social/skills aide memoire.

If you are looking for an online character sheet that can be shared by just copy/pasting a couple links, have a look at mine: http://ikrpg.github.io/portal/Character-Sheet/.

It consists of 8 warmachinery cards for stats, skills, benefits, abilities, spells, gear, notes, and details. You can (1) fill them out online in your browser, (2) save them as URLs, (3) bookmark the URLs to keep track of your character, (4) share them with your friends by sending them as plain URLs or links, and you can even (5) print them out as PDFs or on paper by using your browser's print option.

PS: Because the character sheet makes heavy use of javascript, it might break in older browsers due to a lack of backwards compatibility of some javascript features.

PPS: Below is the background image for the stats card. As you can see it makes heavy use of mercenary cards design which is why I struggled to publish it. If you guys from PP think it too bold, just drop me a line and I will take it down immediately .

PPPS: The website has no support for IE 6/7/8.

I just wanted to hock my wares a bit. I finished two full adventures (complete with handouts and GM notes) for the Iron Kingdoms Full-Metal Fantasy Roleplaying Game, and posted them in the IKRPG forum. If you don't troll through there, you should - pretty interesting stuff if you like the flavor.

Anyway, here we go. The first one I did, "The Summit" is a bit more ambitious and is a 1-2 session affair with lots of roleplaying and lots of action. The former involves going on a secret, diplomatic envoy to a nation on your choice while the latter is a covert mission into Khador's army.

The second, "Chapel Perilous," more focuses on problem-solving, stealth, with a little action. Here ya go.

    The Summit - > http://privateerpressforums.com/show...-Iron-Kingdoms

    Chapel Perilous -> http://privateerpressforums.com/show...-Kingdoms-(-2)

    I'm pretty proud of them.

Here's my first attempt at a character sheet.

    http://1drv.ms/ZgZwsD

You'll notice that the combat relevant stats are the first and foremost on the page. This is by design. The initiative bar along the side is meant to have your base marked, then use a paper clip to designate what you got on your roll.

Likewise, I made sure there's tons of room for skills on the bottom. The second page might need a second pass, though. If nothing else, you can always use the original second page from the IK sheet.

Yeah, so, I made the Witches Tomb and Alexi's Hideout from the Witchfire. I used roll d20 and a bunch of Maptool resources. It was my first Roll20 creation, "print screen" 'ed and...well, I hope it helps some one.
