50pt pHaley Gun Line
Haley was one of my favorite casters in MkI. No because of temporal barrier or scramble but because of her feat. The ability to have an extra attack is just devastating. I realize that a big concern of gun line lists are models with stealth, especially solos. The amount of stealth solos Cryx and Retribution can field has been my undoing for many games. In addition, jack heavy lists have given me trouble in the past. So, with that in mind, here is my list.
pHaley (JP -5)
Long gunners (Full Unit) +10
Long Gunner Weapon Attachment +2
Black 13th +4
Gorman di Wolfe +2
Aiyana and Holt+4
Stormcaller (Three) +3
Basically, this list calls for heavy use of Temporal barrier. Due to the focus on ranged attacks, the -2 to defense will go a long way in improving overall accuracy. In addition, preventing charges and running will slow down my opponent and get me more rounds of shooting.
I believe this list has enough infantry clearing potential with deadeyed long gunners, the black 13th, and arched chain lightning. Arched chain lightning has difficult with dealing with shield walled infantry, but with the +2 boost to damage by Aiyana and Holt, some of this difficulty can be avoided.
This list might have trouble with the choir of menoth providing immunity from shooting. Using Aiyana and Holt, one model or unit can be given magic weapons and thus bypass this issue. In addition if the choir chooses to provide immunity from ranged attacks I can cast chain lightning and arc to the choir behind his jacks.
In order to deal with stealth, I have put 3 stormcallers and the black 13th to bypass this little nuisance. Gorman provides the black 13th stealth and can aid damage against enemy jacks with his grenades when appropriate. The stormcallers also provide a means to disrupt enemy jacks. I have faced the Khador karchev list, and mass disruption can hurt.
My game winning strategy is to Haley's feat. Two or three attack from the long gunners and four defender cannon shots can put the hurt on an exposed caster or cripple enemy forces. Thoughts, suggestions? Thanks.

I'd trade out one defender for Ol' Rowdy for some serious beatstick.
Alternatively, a full SB+UA+a gunner or two is a MAJOR ranged threat, doubly so on Blitz turn. That and they are pretty brutal in close combat too... P+S 15 + 2 from Aiyana anyone?
A unit of Gun Mages + The Dude has True Sight, which ignores stealth and whatnot, so that's something to keep in mind.
