Default "Slammin' Rhulics" :) Forgeguard + Basher about to slam

Just finished some reinforcements for my dwarves.

A thought up "division" of Horgenhold Forgeguards: The Redheads.

I found the standard pose of the Basher a bit too boring, so I converted it to a more dynamic stance, as if it just started to slam something. And it got a ram on its ram (haha), which was inspired by the Dodge logo

I like them! Interesting color scheme, not typical. I love the freehand and weathering, especially on the jack.

I would add/amplify some kind of highlights on the green on the Dwarves though.

Really really nice. Good colour choices and the Basher is great. What colour did you use on the Verdegris?

@ Photogasm: Yeah, you're right. I highlighted the green with khaki, but it turned out a bit too subtle...

@ gdaybloke: How come? Do you have the same color scheme on your elves?

@ Taylor: It's an old GW Hawk Turqoise mixed with a bit of white.

Thanks a lot for your comments guys!

Tons of flavor in this unit and jack.

    Well done.

That's a great pose on the Basher. It totally looks like it's moving at ramming speed. Great work!

One of the funny parts to me is reading back-to-back reports on a given model about how broken it is and then about how it's not worth anywhere near its cost.

Lol! I love the trailer hitch! How have I never noticed that before? And the dwarves are the cutest lil Cylon Centurions I've seen yet. Or maybe they're more like Imperial Guard, in this case. Great work, regardless. I really like the forward motion of the Basher. Super intense!

Wow, these are pretty impressive, color scheme is very nice, the rock pose for the unit leader is great, the unit flag is awesome and the jack pose and the ram painting on the face are both impressive.

Good execution overall, paint job & modification (running basher), very dynamic.
And it fits to the background of the seafaorge! The soldiers are wearing "alarm colours" to warn every would be attackers, that this trade convoy is protected by the seaforge...

    Good work!

Color isn't entirely my cup of tea, but the modification on the Basher is one of the coolest modded models I have ever seen.

Wow, thanks a lot for all of your comments!
Glad, you guys like the pose of the Basher, wasn't easy to get it to hold like this

@gdaybloke: Hehe, yep, there are some similarities in color scheme choice

@Khediv: Thanks for pointing that out, haven't read much fluff about the Searforge yet, so it was unintentionally

Really awsome stuff there! I hope to get some time to apply some paint to my Rhulic citizens.
