Painted on my converted Bokur. Base coated his skin, leather belts and straps, and brass on edges of armor.

Added gold trim to The Dude, made him look like a star

Painted Menoth Base on Kara Sloan.

ok... weeks later update. I've finished the Siren, and on the 28'th started painting a unit of satyxis, Skarre and the UA. 90% through the unit of Satyxis... about 75% done with the UA and Skarre.

I had all of them finished before, but was sad with the paint job after 4 years. so, traded them to a buddy for all his unpainted versions.

If i could get my camera to take pictures worth a damn, I'd have them for you. very happy.

All cleaned and washed. Miss Junior, Sword Knight leader and Trencher Sharpshooter are all pinned. I started my conversion of the Centurian, making him stand more upright. Also I cut his spear arm off at the elbow to reposition it.

I feel like I did more than I did.

Well I did assemble my Bloodweavers today. Future tip to anyone: Don't rush and wait till you've done your models ready before you use them (I mean either proxying or Vassaling). Because they WILL fail miserably if you've purchased them but you just couldn't wait to try them out... Nothing wrong with proxying stuff that you don't own yet, though...

I know it looks rather impressive, but when you consider the number of "just add guy to base" or "just add guy to base and glue on extra arm" sort of stuff, it really wasn't that much to do. I did 80% of it in about an hour, with only the Mule and Freebooter taking a little longer (obviously, due to the number of pieces involved. You figure, the Mule, itself, had as many pieces as almost all the solos, combined).

I finished up my second full squad of Cetrati, and got the following assembled and primed:

I also got two Gatormen and eight Farrow Brigands assembled. I had to order the rest and they haven't arrived at my LGS yet. Haven't touched the bases yet though, although the flagstone I sculpt is pretty straightforward.

Like PB's pile, most of that is pretty simple to put together. The minion warlocks; not so much. Cussed three-point joins on the Farrow are kind of a pain too.

Never felt the need, it didn't feel like not having them was costing me games.

I never was one for playing out of faction, but my complete-ist tendencies finally won out. I can field them, I should have the models painted. I can't play what I don't own.

I blame Orin Midwinter, he was the tipping point. There's not a warlock we have that wouldn't welcome his anti-magic bubble, and once I decided to pick him up...well, the rest sort of came along for the ride. The Hordes factions are all a little short on field selections, no sense making them shorter than they have to be. ('Sides, we have at least two locks that don't give a rip if their troops are in-faction or not and I like both of 'em.)

I wonder if reviving my Restoration Project thread would pull a warning for threadomancy. I let that die three months ago....
