During the Invasion of Llael, Cygnar and Rhullic forces are cut off weakening these allies strength as they try to strike back against the Khadoran occupying forces. In a diplomatic gambit, Willis is sent into the elven nation of Ios due to his unique heritage to barter free passage for Rhul and Cygnar. But the Iosans have a few of their own requests...

Planning a Party - A short tale of insidious design starring Vinter Rhaelthorne and Asheth Magnus.

Hired Help - When the mercenary company of Garrison's Grenadiers are hired on by the Cygnar army for a simple border patrol, the last thing anybody expected was to bump into a secret meeting between Aspyxious and the Cephalyx.

In the Quiet Moments - Major Victoria Haley gets a little leave, but the thoughts of real life away from the war front come flooding back during a quiet moment.

Beneath the Falling Snow - Amon Ad Raza fights for his Fallen brethren against Thagrosh the Messiah up on the northern border of Khador.

Warmachine: Decimation

The basis for a warmachine-based CCG I'm working on, this setting is set 30 years after the events of the Great Wartime (that being the end of the current metaplot), where the Iron Kingdoms lay wasted and exhausted after the spendings of war (human, economic, social, religious, all).

Resurgence: A mechanik's son is harassed by mercenary warbands that want him to fix their Mule 'jack. After killing his father and taking his sister, he learns that he may be more than a mechanik, at the same time a new marshall roams the lands of Cygnar looking for Justice.

Excellent Idea rebirth anew...

As always, as P.P. Official Authors are too busy to write "Trademark Novels" (even if both "High Lord Seacat" and its "Inkthrall Minions" expressed a willing desire to truly produce Long Stories...) I believe that Fan Novels are the only means of exploring the Background of the Iron Kingdoms...

I wish to express my heartfelt thanks to ANYONE that wrote ANYTHING (even if the Author regards meekly its handiwork as "Unconsequential Rubbish"...) that at least will spark Background Discussions and Further Ideas for Stories set inside or outside Immoreen...

A "Badly Written Story" (not that I concur with the too severe self-judgement of some writers of the sub-forum) is, for Me, better than "No Story At All" and I'm trying to work ANY and ALL of the new and fresh takes on expanding the Fluff by Official Privateer Press inside My I.K.R.P.G. Campaign, starting with the "She Wolves and 9 Dragons" Story by @No One Of Consequence and going till the things written Yesterday...

After all if Doug Seacat, awesome writer that He is, must choose to write Force Manuals Fluff or a Stand-Alone Story, is better for us all to have its "Official framework" as a Skeleton-Canvas into which set Our personal Ideas for R.P.G. Stories and Warmahordes Background Ideas...

To anyone involved (even if You had not the Time to yet post anything) I say only "Keep Up The Good Work !!!".....

Hey Everyone,
I am rather new to WM but not new to writing. I am in love with the world and all it has to offer. I am lookingforward with enthusiasm to the fan fiction I've seen.

My friends and I are starting a Iron Kingdoms campaign for 4th E D&D with help from Bodged Together. Well the pc I am playing is a gunamge who died and has no idea why or how he was ressurected. I've written his opening/background story and wanted to post it for everyone's opinion for taste/flavor/continuity, etc. but I have no website of my own to link it two just a text version of the story. I didn't want to bog down the thread with my story if I could present it another way. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I wrote "A Mild Spring" in about 2005 (maybe 2006) and unfortunately I've lost the hard copy and would like to get it back somehow. Is that at all possible? Can anyone give me an idea of things to try, or people to talk to?
