    Default Looking for resources

OK, I'm sure I am not the first to ask this but I hate doing forum fu, Anyone know some good resources sites for painting in the more natural style you see in a lot of the French and European competitions ? I have been painting for quite some time but i want to branch out from my GW safety net. When I see what some of these artists do with even a simple plastic line soldier I am floored. So any web or book sources that cover this sort of stuff would be a huge help.

    Oh and Hi everyone !

The Cool Mini or Not store sells Game Forces a spanish miniture magazine (they also have an english version) which has step by step painting articles by some of the top euro painters. Sadly it is not cheap about $10/mag + shipping.

Mini Mentor is a pretty good series of videos with step by step instructions for lots of different techniques, but also not very cheap.

I have yet to find realy good tutorials for free.

    good luck

    Tak
