Hm, most of my building work so far has been on bases, rather than altering the figures themselves. My figure mods, when I've done them, have tended to be things like changing symbols, adding horns, or in one case adding a hat and different hair to Sorscha. I guess the most extensive work I've done, including base, has been my Thunderhead:

These are always fun. Most of my stuff is just playing around with poses, but always fun:

    Reposed Megalith

    Rok with Keg

    Bronzeback Triceratops for a friend

    These are phenomenal.

Work in progress, building an IKRPG Ogrun Alchemist/Bounty Hunter out of a Legion Warmonger, some Kromletz bitz, a left over Titan arm, a Cataphract shoulder pad, and some L5R samurai armor.

First my Bokur he mainly guards Alexia and the ragman so I wanted him to look the part

And since I hate having a bunch of the same model and I needed at least 2 thralls

And my rover the paint is most of the coolness but had some fun reposing him into a charging pose

    Nice Holy Grail reference there

Here´s my single most heavily converted miniature:

I know it´s a bit old school and I posted it tons of times already but most of my conversions are reposes, head swaps, weapon swaps or all of the beforementioned items.

    Link should be fixed now

@Dvandom, thnx for the heads up

Anyways, here's the ones I have to hand ATM.

Given all the time I spend and the numerous holes I jab into my fingertips these lack some of the visual punch that I see in this thread. Well done folks, there is some really fascinating work in here.

Thanks. I still need one more Leviathan claw to finish it off. Once it's painted I'll add the Vallejo Water Effects to the base.

Here are a couple of my most extensive "base model" modifications, involving cutting up heads and arms and torsos. With Menofixes.
Grand Exemplar Kreoss, The Testament, Amon. All are models I didn't much care for in their original incarnation, but where I like these versions much better.

Chaos isn't a pit. Chaos is a ladder. Many who try to climb it fail and never get to try again. The fall breaks them. And some are given a chance to climb, but they refuse. They cling to the realm or the gods or love. Illusions. Only the ladder is real. The climb is all there is.
