    Default Cygnar - Siege Brisbane

    Just off the desk, Siege.

Tried for a heavy feel on him, thus more metal colour parts with less emphasis on blue in the armor. Damaged him up a bit and did a glazed dirt on the cloth instead of weathering pigments. I am pretty proud how his face turned out.

Fire away, critic for improvement welcome as always!

He looks badass. I can almost imagine Samuel L. Jackson playing Siege in a Warmachine movie. Really nice execution.

Great details. Yeah I love the dirty cloth too. I'm not entirely sure why somebody would want their loin-thing dragging on the ground as the model shows. Perhaps he doubles as a broom...

That's one way cool mini dude. I especially like the metals and battle damage.

I really want to paint my Siege now. Good Job. It is kind of hard to get his launcher on his back.

Yeah, that one is a problem. I dry fitted the launcher and put a pin in the mini and the launcher near the handle. That way, both aligned perfectly after some fiddeling. Then I painted the launcher as a seperate pieces and reattached it before the gold and silver highlights. The hammer already blocks enough detail.

I dunno, either Michael Clarke Duncan or Ving Rhames might suite better. They're bigger, badder, and I just can't see Siege yelling "I'm tired of these mutha******* Menites on this mutha******* battlefield! GROUND POUNDER!!!"

    Btw, good looking mini, man

    No.

This role has Michael Clarke Duncan written all over it:

That is insanely cool. I am painting my Siege now! I want to do less blue armor... prolly more of a khakis/browns.
