Just picked up the battlebox, where do I go from here?
I have been playing Cryx for the last two years, and I wanted to start playing something else. I really like the look of Legion, and got the battle box. In my meta, typically games are played at the 50 point level, so what would be good models/units to pick up next?
I really appreciate any suggestions.

well...need more info on what kind of army you like to play.
also, what warlocks look interesting to you?
generally, some key models to legion are things like the Forsaken, and Shepards to assist our beasts, but need more than battle box beasts before you think about supporting them

I think that I would like to play with what I have, and then build from there. So, starting with Lilyth as a warlock, and including the carnivean and some shredders. I am unable to just go out and get whatever model I like, and it would take some time to budget out the money for my next purchases. So I'm sort of looking for a plan for the future.
Please help.

So, what would a pLilyth 50 point list look like?

what I did back in MK I, and would still recommend for MK II, is grabbing a strider box. they're an excellent first-infantry unit, you don't have to worry about min/max, they synergise really well with lylyth, and give you some powerful tactical options.
as for beasts, seraphs, teraphs, and raeks are all solid additions to lylyth lists, good for maintaining pressure and adding some mobility to the list. as for a 50 point list for plyl, if I am to utilise the entire battlebox, and trying to economise on $, as well let's see:
Plyl +6 points
2x Carnivean -22 points
4x shredders -8 points
2x raek -8 points
2x teraph -10 points
2x shepherd -2 points
1x Striders -6 points
the idea here is to form a strong flank with the teraphs and striders, advancing up against whichever side of the map your opponent has less defense on, and create a need for them to move their defenses that way (or suffer many shots very soon)
everything else is pretty straightforward, in terms of deployment. make sure you keep a shredder back for transfers/animus (as, once engaged, shredders die quick) the two carniveans will start wrecking things as soon as they're able, the raeks can leap over jack walls and tough opponents to get to soft support units and (if lucky) casters.

What unit would be good to add to this list? Or has anyone tried a list like this with any success?

Destroyer of Worlds
I suggest you build to 35 pts and then look at other warlocks before increasing to 50pts. Get yourself some shepherds, and that leaves you with 20 pts to build. If you want to do that very cost effectively get Typhon. 8 pts left. Most of our full strength units cost 8. You'll already have a lot of melee so full warspears (plastic and cost effective) might be good.
