    Default New player needing help

    Hi I'm Frantich,
I'm new in this game and I'm trying to create a list to play 4fun with my friends.

The list (35pt) I'm going to play is the following one:

    eThagrosh -3
    Carnivean 11
    Angelius 9
    Typhon 12
    Raek 4
    Forsaken 2

I added Raek because with the new animus it can help in caster killing.

Could you please give me some feedback?

Thanks everybody. (Sorry for my English)

    An excellent list.

Handles fury, solo hunting, can take out Heavy Jacks in a couple of ways, and the Raek's animus is great with eThags.

Looks like you did some homework. And its fun to play, but watch out for whiny friends who aren't going to like Manifest Destiny and sprays a plenty.

    That being said, spray EVERYTHING.

That's very similar to what I played at a tournament recently. And typical of the types of lists I play recently in general. It could also be a very good Absylonia list for example.

The only thing taht sticks out is the angel, who doesn't get as much benefit from manifest destiny as the other warbeasts because of its single attack. Its a fantastic warbeast don't get me wrong but I think you might find that a seraph would make the list "sing" a little better. More attacks, its can actually do more damage than an angel in melee against small based living models, and it give syou slipstream, which is insane. A single seraph strafe with manifest destiny can kill casters, so its a threat that has to be dealt with. You save a point but I don't know waht you'd do with it. Maybe get a shepherd, but keep it away from your abominations.

OK, thanks for your suggestions! I will try both list (with the angelius and with the seraph).

I own also Absylonia. I think I will add to this list a second forsaken to complete it.
