Some Ret Freehanding

Originally I had some freehand designs on my Ret jacks, but they were meant to look more carved-into rather than painted-on the jacks. It looked good, but the jacks in general still struck me as bare especially because the deisgns had a tendency to become lost against the similarly colored hull or simply look like scribblings. With that in mind I went with something that would "pop" a bit more involving some vaguely Iosan designs mixed with symbols for the various dieties.

I think the overall brightness of it works well with the Phoenix because of the sharp contrast with the sword... but honestly I feel like either the other two need another color like the Phoenix, or they need to be toned down.

But, granted, I tend to like more subtle/muted styles, so I honestly liked what you had before a bit better. This is well done stuff, though, don't get me wrong.
