Which Gencon models can we use, if any?

If the model is not offically released, then they cannot be used.

This means the new character warjacks are not allowed, and only models that were at Gencon, that will come out this Wed (if any)"officially" can be used.

Is there a chance someone could play a Minion contract with an attempt to win a faction coin? For example, declaring now that they'd like to work for the Legion coin but play Lord Carver instead?

Minions are welcome, but they can only play for the champion Coin.
We will already have some factions with decent competition.

altough I wish we hada minion coin. Not sure if its too late to think of something clever.
