    Default Let's see your Cryx!

    I've been looking for ideas for my cryx and so far I have come up with for the base coat to be cryx base coat and continue to mix in cryx highlight to the desired look. But I would love to see what you guys have done and what you guys have been working on to inspire me and give me some ideas. POST AWAY!

    As you can see my cryx stuff does not necessarily share a uniform theme. That is actually on purpose since I figured there probably isn't some necrotech designer sitting around saying, "hmmm, I think we need to match, we should all wear <insert color>"

    I figured since Cryx is kind of a mix of a lot of different things, the models could reflect that.

    it's been a couple years since i had a chance to paint a PP mini, since my queue is always full of commissions, but there is one on my desk right now (the Butcher 2010)...

    Very cool stuff guys. I like it all. And I'm getting some cool ideas. I especially like the striped hats and pirate pants on the Black orgins.

    Nice conversions in there too. Great alternate bone scheme Dkindt. I was thinking purple. But I may sway towards that cryx base coat blending up with the highlight of that color. But for my satyxis and Skarre I still think I want purple. Ugh so hard to decide.

    A couple of 'jacks (reaper-pics are quite tiny, sorry):







    Painting my Cryx force to try something new, in this case liquid masque and pigments. As the deathripper is quite yellowshifted, the reaper shows the blue better.
