Default What to do for my Earthborn's basing?

I'm more of less stuck on what to do with my Earthborn Dire Troll's basing. His color scheme is going to be green flesh with brown and gray back stones and lots of wacky highlights.

I've seen a lot of crazy basing with this model, as his pose allows for him to be smashing into a lot of things. Is there anything anyone wants to see? I and stuck for ideas and I have limited sculpting/modding experience, but I'm willing to try.

Anyone got something cool they'd like to see?

You could always have him putting his fist through a wrecked warjack. I've seen quite a few that did that and made it look like he was metamorphosing with the metal of the jack. As his arm was done up to look like it was taking on color traits of the color and metal from it. Just an idea

Model a circus seal with ruffles around his neck on the base.

Model a big striped beach ball on the seal's nose.

Balance the Earthborn on the beach ball.

Well, he is the earth-born dire troll. So play up the earth theme. I believe it was Ghool who based his Old Rowdy to look like he was Tremor-ing. Also refer to the art by Chris Walton of Baldur using Earth Spikes from a few No Quarters ago.

I say make his fist the epicenter of an earthen explosion on the base.

here's what I came up with. The arm is colour shifting to represent the morphing with the ground.
I didn't do the conversion work, only the painting. He's smashing through the rock with some slate shards radiating from the fist.

    Hope that helps a bit.
