bokur Conversion Questions

I am planning on doing some bokur conversions..... so I have a few questions

Does anyone know the size of the Nomad's sword? I was thinking about using it or part of it as the blade for the spear.

Also, does anyone have picture of bokur's with different heads? Possibly helmeted heads on the bokur.

Well, its not a true Bokur model conversion in the purest form, but JTY's warmonger converted to bokur still stands as one of my all-time favorite bokur models.

I thought I remembered seeing a Cygnar style Bokur at one point. I am unsure who made it and I have been unable to find it in the forums.

For my stock Bokur, I did a headswap and used the IK ogrun, Okoru Hargrosh's, head. Then my second Bokur is...well..Okoru Hargrosh.
