Painting skorne (Molik)

Hi,
I'm painting a commission of a skorne battlegroup and some other models, like gudrun, ferox or extrollers.
My idea is to post here all the pics, step by step.

First of all I started to paint Molik Kharn, I really like the face and it's a very good sculpt to paint.
I tried to paint it with an inusual color, I hope you like it, but if you don't, please write why not and what would you change.

I hope to learn a lot from your comments.

I actually really like that skintone. I think you might want to highlight the teeth another spot, but you could probably hold off on that until the rest of the model is painted, since it may not be needed at that point.

PS: Your English is far better than my Italian (which is non-existent).

Uncanny valley. That's what these ones remind me of. They're so close to dead on that I expect the basaliks to start moving around like claymation.

Right... critque. Well, you've got skintones down. That I'm expecting to see them move is really testiment to getting a vitality in there, along with the fine details. The laqured metal looks solid, and I'm kind of stuck noting the only thing that needs work looks to be your camera... the Krea's duller color looks like more an issue with the camera than your painting.
