    Default Tundra Trolls: Caber Thrower

I hope this guy keeps his MK2 changes -- I'll have to buy more and paint them too!

Cool! How did you get that awesome granite effect?

Pretty much how I get a stone look on terrain as well. Black base, medium grey wettish dry brush (in this case, Reaper Rainy Grey), a lighter grey (Rainy Grey + White), then a real slight dry brush of white.

I like how the greys and the armour feed into each other and reinforce the whole 'tundra' feel. It's a really well-put-together colourscheme and works a lot better than I'd expect of something with that many similar shades.

I appreciate the compliment. I'm very keen on muted tones, which can be a problem due to them blending together, but I'm extremely happy with how these Trollbloods have been turning out. Thoroughly enjoying myself.
