My tournament winning Tier 4 Grissel list:

    Grissel
    -Pyre Troll
    -Bouncer
    -Swamp Troll
    Fell Caller
    10x Kriel Warriors
    -3x Caber Throwers
    -Standard & Piper
    10x Kriel Warriors
    -3x Caber Throwers
    6x Krielstone Bearer & Scribes
    -Stone Scribe Elder
    10x Bushwackers
    10x Burrowers

Turn 1) Advance move on the Bouncer allows it to be running distance up while still casting its animus on Grissel (just in case). Grissel runs into its Shield Guard range after dumping into the stone and shouting at the stone to Hoof It. Hoof it on all the Kriel Warriors plus the Stone Scribes means you have 15 ARM 17 Tough & Steady models 29" up the field after your first turn, with 13 more of them right behind.

Turn 2) You should have a lot of enemies where your front line of Kriel Warriors was (or is, depending on your Tough rolls). Feat, murdering their front line with the survivors, plus your second unit, plus Pygs. Then you get to hoof it even deeper into their territory. Any scenario points are now about a foot and a half behind 40 Tough models.

How are you using the Bushwackers? They've been my main stumbling block when running Blood of Bragg Tier 4, as I just can get them to pay out their 8-point investment.

Mainly they were staying behind my kriel warriors and doing 10 man CRAs on jacks and beasts. Their secondary roll, along with the burrowers, is picking off any models who manage to get through or around the kriel wall.

This is how I use them too, I'm a big fan of softening up their jacks and beasts with something they generally don't have the range to fight back against.

an other reason to use mulg with Grissel is her command range for is annimus. no casting spells with in 9 inches of her and enemy war beast losses there annimus. is you put mulg at the end of this range you can push this out to 16 inches plus the base size. this can put people in are real bind if they need annimus to get there alpha strikes off.
