    Default No catalog for 2009?

I've been kinda anticipating one so I have a reference for all the newer models I haven't purchased yet so I could see the size of them, and I'm kinda let down! Why no catalog for 2009?

While a catologue would be nice I don't think Privateer will make one, when you can get pics from the gallery section.

We give most of our unsold copies away at UK conventions. As they have outdated Dollar prices on all the products, they are virtually useless for us in the UK.

A better idea for the future would be an non-dated catologue, with no prices and page updates available to print from the website.

I like to have the catalog. It lets me show off models to people that want to see what it is about. It is the only place you can have all the existing models studio paints on hand. It would take hours to go through all the models online. I have a copy of every years catalog...all well worn.

I don't know, every time they put catalogs out, they languish at my LGS, no one buying them.

Our latest copy at the LGS is in the same condition. I like our catalogue a great deal... but with field tests and plastics and Battlefoam deals, I can see why there isn't an '09 catalogue.

Exactly my point. Having one on hand is good reference without having to go on the computer. Physical books are still a better source of reference when you know exactly what it is you are looking up and where it is.

My best friend (editor) and his wife (Graphic designer) do a yearly catalog that takes a couple of months to get done. With everything PP is doing right now I agree it would be the first thing I would put on the back burner.

So do I, which is why I would like a newer catalog. Seeing the newer models I haven't painted yet, or seeing them for size comparison or just to shop the catalog.

I get catalogs free in the mail. That's how I like them. Hard to spend money on something to help me spend more money. Seems, I dunno, redundant.

I suppose PP may be busy with the other 12 books they are working on.

I like giving it to new players to look at so that they have a good idea of the aesthetics of the game.
