    Default Knockdown artillery

I know in mk1 a model was able to forfeit it's movement and still perform actions precluded by movement, is this still the case?

This came up with the Thumper. If I succeed the tough roll and my leader (gun) is knocked down, can I forfeit movement to stand and still get to shoot?

To stand up model must forfeit either movement or action. No change there. Therefore provided you don't move you can shoot.
