I looked at the Retribution Souless Escort and thought to myself 'Theres a good idea for giving our infantry a little more help!" Especially the ranged ones who need all the extra help they can get.

- Attached (Trollblood Unit): The Scout can be attached to any Trollblood unit.
- Prowl
- Tough
- Scout ahead: The Pygmy Tracker does not need to stay in formation with its attached unit.
- Look what I found!: Models in the attached unit ignore stealth, concealment and cover when targeting enemy models within 5" of the Pygmy Tracker.
- Best war forward: Models in the attached unit gain the pathfinder ability when charging or advancing toward enemy models currently engaged by the Pygmy Tracker.

Tossed up on point cost. settled on 2p cause he does have a few abilities but could happy take it back down to 1p.

I'm unsure about "Look what I found!" It would be nice countering Stealth for a 10-man CRA from a unit of Bushwhackers, granted most stealthy models are units who wll tear the tracker apart next turn, but the Scattergunners ignore all those as it is, and the Sluggers RAT is unimpressive that even with concealment and cover nullified they still lack reliability. I'd probably replace it with Mark Target; granting Trollbloods RAT 7 short-ranged firepower.

There is also range of options already extant for Pathfinder in the Trollbloods, Angus, Rush, Fell Callers, and the Champion Hero, but Trackers are cheap enough that you could have 3 Pathfinder units with them against 2 for their points in Fell Callers. To make this worthwhile I would suggest, along with Scout Ahead, you give them Advance Deployment, to make them capable of engaging the enemy ahead of far-reaching melee units like Fennblades or Long Riders.
