What time will people be there on Sat?

I'm usually there sometime between 12:30 and 1 - I'm trying to get it closer to 12:30, but it's kind of dependent on the kids, etc. This Saturday, looks like we should have at least 4, and possibly as many as 6 people there. I hope so - if people see the game being played, we might start attracting new players.

It was great. I hope we can repeat it soon. Two games in 1 session. Just awesome. I am starting to get a feel for Menoth and the rules. I'll have to slow down some explanations next time so I can process the info. Getting a rulebook would probably help.

I hope we can order at the shop soon.

We should be able to order soon - talked with Travis about it, and it looks like it is going to happen. The journeyman league is definitely going to happen too.

OKay gang - I placed an order with Travis on Saturday, so we'll see how that goes. I probably won't be there on Saturday (son has a soccer game at 2), but from yesterday through Easter, Travis will be open on Sundays from 12-4, so if that works better for anyone, let me know. I hope to be there on Thursday, if anyone wants to play some battlebox-level games.

Yeah I'm out for Saturday too.

Sunday is an interesting idea. I can't commit yet to this sunday but it might work better as a game day. Since so many have families it seems more likely that Sunday is free rather than Saturday. I used to game every other Sunday at a now defunct game shop and it had its advantages. We shouldn't switch unless it works for most though.

Proto, Clexis, phantem, others any thoughts either for or against?

Sunday would not work for me, and I won't be there again next Saturday, we are moving into a new apartment.

Last Saturday I was at a wedding, getting really really drunk, so yeah, that was important.

@Spartan - I might try and get out there tomorrow, and will be there if my figs are in. Next Saturday is definitely out for me - combination of youth soccer, cub scouts, and family visiting, and gaming pretty much drops off the map. I should be able to be at the store on Thursday though, and Sunday might happen, although I wouldn't bet any money on it.

Might have some free time this weekend. I can't 100% guarantee, some plans are still in flux. But I was wondering if anyone was free Saturday and Sunday. If it turns out I don't free time I certainly let you know and not leave you hanging. Obviously if no ones free I won't worry about it.

Unfortunately, this weekend is completely out for me - company, a Cub Scout thing with the son, and a church function. Next weekend is fine, and I am hoping to talk to Travis tonight and set a start date for the Journeyman League. (I just want it to start after he can get stuff in, and after the two player starter is out.)

I have to leave by 3:15-3:30. That means we can do a couple of smallish games or one larger game. I'll play menoth again. Bring something warmachine, (Not hordes) your choice. I still got to get the new rulebook so I only have the old rulebook. For this reason bring some figs from prime, since I am most familiar with these. I'll play my battlebox, deliverers and choir and whatever you bring.

Yep, though I had missed a couple weeks - when the soccer games end at 2, I could not make it from BC until 3.

I will be there this Saturday - soccer is done, and I need to get some gaming in. Anyone else going to be able to make it?

Tentatively, I am planning on open gaming/demos for a few weeks, and then in Jan we will kick off the Journeyman league, with a map campaign in March/April. The Domination even will be in there somewhere too, and I am seeing if we can do a Foodmachine event, possibly in conjunction with the 40k crowd.

Sunday the 13th -who can make it? It looks like I can, and I am going to be dropping by the store sometime this week with a signup sheet for the Journeyman league starting in January. I'll also have a calendar of when I will be there for open gaming through the end of the year. If I am going to be there, and you need to borrow something, just drop me a line, and I can bring it too.

He got a bunch of 40k stuff in, and it look like the PP stuff I have been ordering might be in by the end of the week.

Just a couple of quick updates - I took over a signup sheet for the Journeyman league today. We'll be starting up in January, probably around the 7th, maybe earlier in the week.

I also posted open play days - basically, days and times where I will be there, with at least 2 armies each for both warmachine and hordes. IIRC, the days/times are:

Sun, Nov 20 (1-4)
Sun, Dec 4 (1-4)
Sat, Dec 10 (1-5)
Sat, Dec 17 (1-5)

I'm trying to keep Saturdays clear, but I can't get there on Saturdays for a couple of weeks. Should clear up in Dec and generally beyond.

(I might just load up Skorne, Everblight and Menoth anyway, so the regular gang can try scaling up from battlebox games. Bloody Barnabas can't hide everything in swamp pits in a 25 pt game - not easily, anyway.)

Just a reminder that we are kicking off the Journeyman league this week. (Need to talk to Travis about whether or not he has the kit for it yet, but we will be running a journeyman league regardless. Winners get bragging rights, if nothing else.) The post with the relevant details is here.

I will be there this Saturday, from 1 to 5 (or earlier), and bringing several battlebox forces to loan.

@Spartan - I left my Khador and Cygnar battleboxes, as well as a copy of the quick start rules, at the store. If someone wants to play on Thursday night, they are more than welcome to use them. After all, it's why they are there.

$3.50, I think. I bought a couple a while ago, so I could be off. It's probably in the $3.50-$4 ballpark. (MSRP on those is $3.70, per the GW website, I think.)

So luckily, the bulk of my force for not only the journeyman, but also GenCon should be here, just need to buy a little bit more stuff and I should be good to go. Just waiting on Tiber and Archidon
