Come on over and give it a read. Gallery at the bottom of the post!
Did somebody say "72 points of models painted in 13 days?" No? Nobody said that? Oh. Well, I did it anyway. Just imagine, if I had been painting at that pace for the entire 3 months of the challenge I could have painted 498 points! I also could have developed a bad case of carpal tunnel syndrome!
Despite my early (and mid) lack of progress on this challenge, I'm proud of the push I made at the end, and I'm happy that I ended up with 52 more Cygnar models painted, bringing my grand total for my Cygnar (not including mercenaries) up to 152 painted models (266 points). I'm no Agammemnon, but I'm still pretty happy with that.
Quite a feat, for sure.As I mentioned elsewhere, I'm not exactly looking forward to seeing them across the table as we all know painted models are 27% more effective than unpainted ones. And the lightning. Oh dear lord, the lightning. I'd better get painting! Paint will insulate against the lightning (oh dear lord, the lightning).
