Gaming in Leeds

Was thinking of coming in on Saturday afternoon after work to have a look. Itching to get back to having ago at painting, 18 years since I last picked up a brush in anger!

It will give me and my boys something to do, along with a small project of building and creating a small gaming table and scenery.

Sorry, forgot to ask if there are any plans to run Blasted Heath and any of the other leagues?

Not planning to yet. At the moment just trying to get people playing, but might do it in the future. Certainly looking at running a Hordes launch event so leagues aren't completely out of the question.

Next batch of demos will be on 26th June and then looking at running some Hordes demos when the new starter rules are available in July.

Tournaments are getting sorted as well.

Next tourney is sorted for Friday July 16th starting from 6pm. I'll be there earlier. I'll pm everyone as well when I get chance.

The Hordes tourney is waiting on me being able to definitely get hold of the Tourney kit which I should know about soon.

Just a reminder that the tourney is this coming Friday. I have Genesis kit in now and looking to schedule that in early August. It'll probably be on a Sunday to let us have a bit more time to play all day.

The next tournament will be on Friday 13th (dun dun derrrrr!!!). 6pm onwards.

TM have new stuff in if you're interested as well including a Heavy Myrmidion and the new lights.

Hi.

Just saw this thread. There is a club in York that plays every Monday 7 - 11:30ish and we play Warmachine on a weekly basis though not the 2 and 9 August as the owner of the club is on holiday. The club is called Guppies and is about 5 10 mins walk from the train station. Not sure if that is any good but I know there are good train connections from Leeds to York.

A reminder that we're playing on Friday from 6pm for the usual monthly tournament.

Not had everyone come back about the Hordes Genesis event so if I don't hear by wednesday I'll be opening it up to everyone as we still have places left.
