Default Sucker and Similar Attack Transfers

If a model with the "Sucker!" rule transfers a directly hitting ranged attack to another model, and that model has a rule that allows them to transfer directly hitting ranged attacks (Iron Wall, Sacrificial Pawn,) can they then transfer the hit again using their ability?

My initial impression is "yes," because the new target is said to be "directly hit" by the transferred attack, but I'm not sure if the hit coming from a friendly model's ability overrides the interaction.

    Thanks in advance!
