    Default Warlock Fun

I have been listening and feedbacking everything that I find to be negative or too powerful for models. From this, I have seen a lot of negativity and I will openly admit that I was one of them. Well since we recently had a post about the things that we want to complain about, lets switch over...

What warlock do you find to be the most fun and why? If you have comments that relate to issues that you see with the warlock, please express them, but don't go on endless rant of how bad that model sucks... (Calandra's feat, Borka for example). Just simple answers to who you think is the most fun and why?

For my warlock fun, I select eDoomy...

I think that watching Dire Trolls fly across the board and smash everything and then eat them... such a great theme for a really pissed off mega-shaman that connects the most with the wild side of trolls; How can you beat that?

The new Kromac is insanely fun to use - I originally got him for form shifting shennanigans and it's awesome that there's finally a reason to use them. Then add in beatsticky jump madness and he gets really aggressive and awesome.

Noticing that this thread is in the Trolls forum, I will also add that using Grim as a Minion Warlock is incredibly awesome and makes very good things out of a previously totally unusable army build.

Grim because he makes Farrow & Boomhowler's shine and I otherwise have little reason to use them.

pDoomy because he is not complete fail anymore and I can't get enough of Vader choking the crap out of people.

I see we are reflecting back to Doomshaper as a sith lord ordeal again...

    Good to bring it back...

eDoomy, he doesn't cease to amaze me. I tried him for fun in the beginning of FT, and toyed around with pMadrak, then went back to eDoomy just to find him even better than the first time around. Trollbloods lacked speed and mobility, and he delivers.

So far the most fun I've had was with eDoomshaper. I've never seen a Mauler and an Axer threaten a Cygnar warcaster so quickly and thoroughly.

I'm curious, how exactly does Grim make minions "shine"? All his spells are Friendly Faction. Are we just talking about his feat and Marked for Death?

The new Madrak is a solid good time. eMadrak's feat is still one of the most fun feats in our faction, especially now that the Fennblades are out.

Borka still has to be my favorite. Watching an opposing caster charge him to only get one hit off before he stumbles away, priceless.

Trolls have been a lot more fun these days with the new rules, the new abilities, and the better models. The ability to run Dire heavy being the best. I love snacking my way through a mob of everblight troops while eating them, denying the incubi.

epic Madrak since he himself is a survivable powerhouse. His spell list is also top notch warpath being my favourite since it allows dire trolls to get the jump on things or chew through units. His feat is also really good for un-gumming up your lines or for a run then bad things happen to the other guy's army.
