Do multiple instances of shuffle stack?

Hi all,

Question is pretty straight forward: if I secure two buildings with the shuffle skill, can I move two a-die at the beginning of the turn?

I know that stacking is generally a no-go, but since there is no actual target, and given the precedence of discount being applied multiple times, I figure it was better to ask instead of doing something wrong.

Shuffle actually targets the phase (Power or Spawn) so it still won't stack. Power Phase and Spawn Phase are bolded in the ability, making them the target of the effect.
