Default What Accent does your army have?

I was playing Khador the other day, and (this is the first time i've seen this) whenever my opponent was activating his troops he would put on a really thick russian accent mixed with a couple other ones. Frankly it made the game very amusing and light hearted and more fun that usual.

So my question is what accent does your army have? For me (Cygnar) eCaine is always going to seem like Malcolm Reynolds to me so thats how I imagine him talking. The rest of my troops, however, are kind of gritty British, and occasionally western.

Mine has a slight German accent. Not something I can avoid, sadly.

This for me, except for where you say 'British' because that's just a silly thing to say

I don't really have any in my head for Ret yet but I do use a whiney little kids voice when I move Skyerrth Iyssen. In the fluff he seems like a whiney kid to me, plus he gets all angry and emo when stuff dies
I'd say that playing Retribution is more like herding cats, this will not stop me from enacting Scyrah's vengeance on those filthy round ears!

My minis speak the following dialects in my head during the game,
but not usually {keyword} out loud :

Skron - something akin to Klingon
    Gator - nomnomnom
Rhulics - something sounding a mix of Germanic and Slavic
    Human Mercs - money

    My Cygnarans are full-on Afrikaners.
And Einstein leading them, obviously (Nemo).

I still can't imagine an accent for Grim and the rest of my Trolls, though I imagine some to Scottish/Irish, but not really Grim.

Ok, this has been discussed with my group at length...

Cygnar - British (occasional American accent)
Protectorate and Iosans - Upper class British
    Khador - Russian
    Cryx - 80's cartoon villain
    Llael - Welsh
    Ord - Irish
    Trollkin - Scottish
Gobbers, Dwarves and Ogrun - Cockney
Farrow - Gritty, throaty cowboy American
Gatormen - Louisiana Cajun. Except for Calaban who talks like Starscream.

Nyss and Skorne haven't really been nailed down yet...

Lich Lord Venethrax can often be heard shouting "You are a choir boy compaired to me!" in a horrid Arnold voice. Othere then that my Cryx is usually creepy silent though I think Skarre will soon be picking up Rarity's accent in my head and making me laugh.

Mine all sound exactly like me, and only talk when something terrible happens. They usually say things like "AAAAAAH! We did not think this plan through very well!"

Sometimes they sound like McBain, because so many of them wear goggles that do nothing.

Other than that, it's one thing to imagine what your troops might sound like, but it takes an extra-special kind of geek to actually give them little voiceovers in-game. If one of my opponents ever did that I'd probably find it odd and off-putting.

With my cryx i go for a deep slow monotone voice, something nice and ominous.

For my gators its all New Orleans. I try and imitate Gambit from th X-men 90's cartoon.

Gambit doesn't have much of a Nawleans accent, though. If you want a mainstream animated version of a cajun accent (New Orleans is primarily Creole, however, but nobody seems to quite catch that), check out Ray from the Princess and the Frog. He's actually surprisingly true to form.

I definitely do a bit of 'hillbilly' with my Farrow, or Marine Jargon.

"yut yut, ooh rah! Oink oink!"

But that's because I'm painting them in a Deployed Marine Theme.

For the "true" Highborn freedom fighters.. Ashlynn, ARGM etc, then a French accent (but more "passionately patriotic" than "parody") Germanic for any Steelhead mercs that might be fighting alongside her, American for the Devil Dogs and British for the Precursor Knights. Alexia is British too, in my mind, but thankfully her Thralls aren't very talkative.

Cryx-Undead: Daleks, not so much of an accent as maybe a tendency to E-NUN-CI-ATE!!!
    Cryx-Living: Varies.

    Gators: Stereotypical Cajun

    Pigs: Cowboy Western

    Cygnar/Magnus: German

Ashlynn: My butchery of a French-Canadian accent.

    Pirate Mercs: Pirate/Popeye!

    Circle: Bad TV Celtic

    Elves: Japanese
Destroyers were my first love, but I dabble in everything.

Time spent whining over which faction is overpowered could be better spent playing and bettering one's game. Read page 5 and play.
Farrow, Cryx, Gators, Mercs, Circle, Retribution and Cygnar. Variety is the spice of life.

Hmmm. I don't really speak for my guys or give them voices. Neither have I ever thought about it before. You guys are just weird. :P
The forums seem to have one of two responses to new models. (A) "This model is worthless, I'll never use it." or (B) "That model is over powered, it's going to break the game." A few models get both responses, which ends up being really hilarious.
But what's wrong with saying "This model is circumstantially good and it's up to me as a good player to exploit its strengths and minimize its weaknesses"?

My Khador sounds Khadoran (Russian with some other Eastern European thrown in for flavour). I often voice for my opponent's Menoth, however, who are uniformly lower-class Bostonians.
