Blindwater New Player Needing Help

Well after putting my blindwater on hold to get my main army
sorted I have finally finished them and am now ready to make
a start on the army.
I thought I would post my army up and hope for a few comments
for help and ways to make the list more competitive.

That's my 35 and this is my 50.

Not sure wether to drop the croak hunter for pendrake apart
from that the army looks ok to me but that's why I would like

Both lists look solid. I like the Bog Trogs but I tend to run min units instead of max. In a timed format, deploying them can take a lot of time and can get bunched up with that many models. I also like running 2 max units of Gators at 35 points, unless you plan on deploying the Bog Trogs on turn 1 instead of ambushing.

I would of thought 1 max posse with iron flesh would of been

Maybe I will try 2 units at 35 then.
