Online Store - The Update Thread

After too long, I am happy to announce that we have updates to the online store in the pipeline. In fact, the first of them have already gone live! We have been sending out MkII Warmachine cards with orders since January 6th. In addition I have made the following changes to Warmachine cards on the store:

- All currently available Retribution of Scyrah models have had their cards put up for order.

- Ally cards are now listed as part of their faction, and models that have had the number of cards they come with or what is on each card changed have been updated appropriately. Please see the post after this one for the change list.

- Cards have had names changed to reflect the MkII names for models, e.g. Trenchers are now Trencher Infantry.

- Warmachine MkI cards are no longer available for special order.

- Hordes MkII cards are now available.

The really big question, of course, is about parts: they are coming. Cards were done first as they are a more game necessary element. I cannot give a timetable on when given parts will be going up, as Store Thrall is just one hat I wear here at Privateer Press. This is going to be an ongoing project, but you can expect to see frequent updates: whenever I add new parts to the store, I will be posting what just went up to this thread.

Card-Only US Shipping Option Now Available!!!

If you are ordering only cards and having them shipped to a US address, on the Shipping and Payment page of checkout, select on of the available shipping options, and indicate that you wish to have them shipped First Class in the Special Instructions field. We will package them appropriately, and adjust your shipping and handling charge to $4. This adjustment will be made after you submit your order, but before you are charged.

For our international customers, follow the similar and existing procedure noted on the front page of the store: choose a shipping option and indicate in Special Instructions that you would like your order shipped via the cheapest method. There are more variables in international shipping, so we cannot offer a flat price as with US orders. I will package them as minimally as possible to help reduce costs.

That is correct. Allies are Faction models, and as such, included in the appropriate faction decks. With the large number of mercenary models now available, there just isn't room for Cygnar cards for Magnus's theme, espeically since UA's are now an option.

If we will be able to purchase them separately, Are there plans to make one with the Retribution colouring and logo? I ask because I have a separate binder for each faction, and would like to have a reference card for my Retribution binder. Likewise, it would be handy to have additional reference cards to hand to players when running demos for them.

The Advantage and Weapon Quality Icon Reference Cards from the 2010 Faction Decks are now available for individual purchase on the the online store. They can be found on the landing page for each faction in the cards section. These are from the faction decks, so please note that there is no reference card for the Retribution.

Currently, yes. I am working to get a cheaper card-only option available, but no word on if or when at this time.

Generally, yes. What goes up when will be impacted by which models for which I have all the necessary information, and the time I have available at a sitting (e.g. Beast-09 may get skipped for a couple of simple solos). So if it looks like I have skipped over something, I haven't forgotten it, I'm getting what I can as quick as I can!
