I was hoping I could get some help on this thread. About a month and a half to 2 months ago I bought a Black 13th blister, but once i got it home I found it was missing the Watts model (there were two Ryan models). I used the online contact form but received no answer, so I called instead (September 9th). I spoke to Adam (or someone with an "A" name) and was told a replacement model would be shipped. Waited about a month and nothing showed. I tried the frontdesk email last week, but haven't received a response. These were the first warmachine models I bought and I'm not too impressed with the service so far.
