    Hello,

    I was hoping I could get some help on this thread. About a month and a half to 2 months ago I bought a Black 13th blister, but once i got it home I found it was missing the Watts model (there were two Ryan models). I used the online contact form but received no answer, so I called instead (September 9th). I spoke to Adam (or someone with an "A" name) and was told a replacement model would be shipped. Waited about a month and nothing showed. I tried the frontdesk email last week, but haven't received a response. These were the first warmachine models I bought and I'm not too impressed with the service so far.

    Hoping to get some info on order #15092
    Been having some trouble with it.

    Put in an order for some character jacks (kador, ret, and cygnar) 2 showed up right (so the address was right as I got some), the 3rd was the cryx jack and not the retribution jack, sent an e-mail off on august 26, 2010 didn’t hear anything so I called up front desk (convention season is busy so I figured I’d check up on it) They said they would sent off.

    Later I picked up a cryx Battle group and was missing the large base for the slayer, sent off another report on September 24, 2010 and asked about my ret jack, got an e-mail from front desk (Adam) confirming my mailing address on September 27, 2010 and I confirmed on September 29, 2010, got my last e-mail on September 30, 2010 saying “Thank you very much, all is taken care of!”

    As e-mail and phoning doesn't seem to get the situation done, I figured I'd try the forums this time.

    It’s been a fair amount of time and I’m starting to really wonder if anything is going to show up. At this rate the stores will get it as normal stock before i get my order from gencon.

    Edit: my Large base arrived Nov 3, 2010, but still no sign of my ret. character jack kit. Called up Adam at the front desk and it seems my replacement blister went to the other side of the country for some reason, he's sending another one out priority in the morning and looking into how this weirdness happened.

    Paint restock in the store? I would like to order a set of metallics, it doesn't exist yet I know, but wanted to order them individually. Most of the metallics are unavailable. :-(
    I used to believe that one day I would change the world. Now I'd just like to be able to leave it with a little dignity.

    Looks Adam is getting this taken care for you. In general, if it's been two weeks since something shipped and you still haven't received it, do not hesitate to contact us so we can figure out what may have gone awry and get it addressed.

    I know some we do not have in stock at all, I will double check our inventory on hand and see if anything needs to be posted back to the store later today.

    Thanks. Unfortunately, the majority of the metallics seem to be out of stock. No Pig Iron, none of the Golds. :-(

    A few issues back in NQ they showed how to make a Khador supply caravan and at the end of teh article it said that a bundle of everything would be available on the online store. Is this going to happen? I cannot remember what all was on the list nor which issue it was in . Also any word on Gnarlhorn Satyr parts??

    I have checked stock levels, and we do have Blighted Gold, Pig Iron, and Solid Gold. We should have pages up for them soon but, in the meantime, if you want to order them, just order another color and, during checkout, request that the desired color be substituted in the special instructions field.

    I will look into the Khador caravan bundle. Gnarlhorn Satyr is in the backlog awaiting processing.

    I'd like to know how much does it take transfer money if I choose to send payment by credit card?
    I placed the order, send money by credit card, I can see the payment has debited the card already but the order's status is still "ready to ship"...

    I'd also love to see Paypal in PP store

    Reading the stuff about the mixing medium made me remember:

    The Wet Palette isn't in the store. Replacement sheets of paper are, but the actual palette isn't.

    None of the parts from the Trencher Cannon Crew are currently available. That should be changing soon.

    There is a known quirk with our store software where an order doesn't always change from "Ready to Ship" to "Complete". Have you been charged for it yet?

    So I had to hunt out a Molten Bronze (bought the Circle Paint pack for it) and after a lot of trickery I managed to reconstitute it. However, (Curse you Will Schick with a cool paint scheme which I have adopted!) now I am having a hard time finding more of it. I notice a number of the Metallics recently have returned to the online store and I was wondering if it might be possible that someone in the warehouse may have squirreled away some Molten Bronze? I have enough to get through all my current Jacks but my Sentinels and Invictors are woefully Bronze-less.

    Our store still doesn't calculate the international shipping cost correctly. For just the Warpwolf Extreme, the cheapest option would be about $14-$15.
