    Default Clouds versus Clouds

How do these interact? For example Veil of Mists versus Veil of Mists, or Caustic Mist?

Each cloud is a separate entity. So, if a cloud does damage to someone entering it, if they enter space that is covered by two clouds, each cloud will cause damage, for example.

Did you have a more specific question?

The clouds don't interact with each other at all. They are two separate AoEs.

That is really a very general question and is hard to answer for that reason. Can you be more specific with what you want?

Well, specifically LOS. Vail of Mists allows friendly faction models to draw line of sight through it. Would that trump, say an opposing instance of Veil of mists or other cloud effects that block LOS, or is it an effect that they both just stack, and nobody sees nothing?

No, the opponent's Veil of Mists would still be active and would still block your model's LOS.

Addendum: Veil of Mists doesn't block LOS for friendly models, it doesn't allow them to draw LOS through it no matter what else is in the cloud. If something else in the cloud effect would block LOS, it still blocks LOS.

If your veil of mist overlaps your opponents veil of mists then line of sight is blocked both ways in the overlap and both sides may move through models within the overlap.
