Starting Circle with Morvahna
I've decided on Morvahna as my starting warlock. I've done this because I feel she allows a lot of versatility and I can use a lot of different units and models with her as I expand my collection, which can be used when I expand my warlocks. I came across this list for 35pts that I like and want to know everyone's opinions on a good add on as I expand (I like to plan ahead and would prefer to add a few units here and there as opposed to saving money forever).
Morvahna
Pureblood Warpwolf
Warpwolf Stalker
Full Bloodtrackers
Nuala
Lord of the Feast
Druid Wilder
Shifting Stone
Stone Keeper
Sentry Stone and Manikins
I like this army so far...So here is my idea for turning this into a 50pt army is to add in
Blackclad
Argus
6Wolves of Orboros
and Bloodweavers
Now I've heard several people talk about how Argus isn't all that great and most people don't actually use him...But to me he makes a great add. Solely because he can give Lord of the Feast or the Stalker 360 vision. Combine this with the Druid Wilder and it can make for some nasty stuff, especially on Morvahna's feat turn. Argus doesn't seem the greatest in combat, but I think is decent enough to stay back as a bodyguard for Morvahna. The Wolves are there for foder and Sac. I think the Blackclad can help the trackers and weavers out a decent amount. My only other ideas are
Druids and Overseer instead of Weavers and Wolves
Or running a Full Ravager set(Ravagers, Chieftain, Shaman, White Mane). They can stomp a lot of things all together
the last one was running Reeves instead of Weavers, Hunter instead of Blackclad, and a Warwolf for fill. I know Morvahna only works for melee, but having an all range run and gun that can be brought back to life is an interesting idea.
