Default Warcaster Armor: which is right?

I was looking up some information on powerfields and checked both the CG and LM, and noticed something: they have some rather different rules for Warcaster Armor Mechanikal Assist Ablities and I was wondering which was correct.

This also prompted another thought: what Warcaster Armor equipment can you put on steam armor?

Liber Mechanika is the later source.

Steam Armor must have the Warcasting Crucible Rig before anything else. Once you have that, you still have to build/buy the arcane turbine, arcane focus chamber, and power field separately. Those are the only three Warcaster armor components that can be mounted on Steam Armor. Furthermore, you don't need Warcaster Armor proficiency to use those (just Steam Armor), if I'm reading the rules right.

Right is a sometimes tricky concept. LM is not always a direct replacement for the rules in the CG. For example there are sections that provide expansions, alternate systems and sometimes errata.

Without looking I couldn't say which is more accurate, best to use your own judgement about which works better for your purposes.
