List Help 25 points

I am very new to the game, but here is the lists I have come up with. Let me know what i can do to improve them etc.

I was also considering ehaley / haley for the list and switching some of the solos to equal the correct points.

You're gonna want a way to deal with incorporeal models and other annoying things, so I recommend B-13s as they make a great toolbox.

When a model has 2 pistols, or a green gun icon with a 2x by it but only a rof of 1. Does he get to shoot both or not really?
