Help! Can't decide which to get first!

I keep waffling on which to get first; Nihilators or Praet Swordsmen. I will have both eventually, but the second unit might be a bit of time from now. My casters of choice are:
Zaal - big time first choice
Mordikaar - Only played a couple times but really enjoyed it
EHex - looks like the new guy will be a ton of fun

Then Pmak, Emorg, Pmorg, PHex for casters I own.

Eventually, E Mak and Xerxes will join the crew, and possibly Rasheth.

I play a full unit of Karax (despite all the hate ) with a tier 3 Zaal list, and it seems to fill multiple needs well at 35 points, even if it doesn't have all the attacks that the swordsmen have.

Which of the two will find more play time if I will be concentrating on my top three caster choices?

Hmmm, I go with swordsmen. Mordikaar can probably use both (in fact, thats a good place to start Mordikaar lists, I think). Zaal on the other hand, would like as many bodies as possible, and as many attacks as possible on each model (so that you can boost more attacks in the end). Also, Last stand on a mostly dead unit of swordsmen will kill lots and lots of stuff, as long as the UA is still around. Last stand not so great on Nihilators (even though they hit better/harder/etc.). For me, Zaal is about quantity not quality. eHex, who the heck knows? He looks good with both, I think. Truth is, I think it is more dependent on you than your warlock in the end, since they are both so good.

swords are almost as auto include as gladiators for me the sunday just gone i played in a 1 day 2 warlock tournament (used zaal and for the first time ever mordikaar) came 2nd. i used both a full unit of praetorian swordsmen and Ua and a full unit of nihilators. i think both units complement each other well as most people think nihilators are the danger then try to take out enough swordsmen too late with zaal they are a prime las stand target and with mordikaar you get the best out of hollow and for the nihilators either banishing ward or ghost walk.
