Magnus the Traitor!

I have been working on a really fun conversion of pMagnus and I already have a lot of the Mercs that would be used, so here I am trying to put together a good "Most Wanted" Tier 4 list:

Magnus the Traitor
Renegade
Renegade
Mangler - Good target for Iron Aggression w/ Thresher attack etc
Nomad - Good beatstick and Temper Metal is solid for Arm21
Steelhead Halberdiers (Leader and 9 Grunts) - sticking point, is this a good selection?
Steelhead Riflemen (Leader and 9 Grunts) - Max unit or drop Halbs and use x2 Riflemen?
Kell Bailoch - great target for Snipe

I don't own the Renegades or Halbs, but I have everything else. Do Halbs work well in a Most Wanted Tier 4 or can I double up on Riflemen to meet Tier requirements and add something else?

The Steelhead Riflemen are one of the few CRA-units, that are often fielded min-sized.
I would suggest 2 min-sized Rifles for Solo/infantry control and min Boomhowler for tarpit. Snipe would have to go on Rifles and Renegades, then.
Croes are iffy against 'jack/construct-heavy and undead

Do you sacrifice the 1 pt left over by going with Boomhowler over Croe? I have both units, but essentially I would be paying 7 pts for Boomhowler & Co instead of Croe's Cutthroats

Instead of having two min-sized units of riflemen why not have one and then the extra one point plus the points from the second min unit could get you a min-sized unit of steelhead cav.
