Default Black Spot and CRA extra shot

If I CRA (2 models, 1 of which is getting the aiming bonus) into a unit under the effects of Black Spot, does my 2nd attack get the benefits of CRA or the Aiming bonus of the model who was declared to be the shooter and had an aiming bonus when he originally shot?

When making a CRA, only the model that leads the attack is considered to have made an attack (the others "use up" their attacks for the boni). Consequently, Black Spot would only apply to the leading attacker, so it would not be able to make an additional CRA, but it would get the aiming bonus if it had forfeited movement.

Aiming bonus: yes, as it affects all ranged attacks this model makes.
CRA: Only if the second model has another attack it can give up to another CRA. The second model has given up an attack, but it has not *made* an attack, so it gains no additional attack from Black Spot and is limited by ROF as normal.
