    Default Damaged Wolves of Orboros

I got a unit of Wolves of Orboros in the mail recently and one of the glaives was bent into almost an 'S' shape. I gently bent it back, but it still broke off in two places. I'm going to try and pin a repair, but it's a pretty tiny part. How would you handle it? Would you bite the bullet and order replacement parts? Does PP ever help out with damaged parts? I know they'll provide replacements for missing parts, but wasn't sure about damage.

You could always replace them with copper or brass rod which will make it less bendy in the future. This pinning process can be painful though....

In my experience PP has always been great about doing their best to ensure you have received a great product; they have replaced broken and missing bits for me in the past. You could also always just replace the broken rod with brass rod as LordSorrow mentioned above. The first time you do a rod replacement it can be a bit of a pain but once you get the process down it is pretty quick and easy and well worth the time invested.

I had a unit of Cygnar Rangers where one of the models guns was so warped, that when I tried to straighten it out, it snapped right off.
I opened a ticket with PP for a replacement fig and 9 days later I received in the mail.

Same as Yay_dawg; I bought a box of rangers, had 2 broken guns and PP sent me 2 new models.
